Pembroke Airport
Pembroke Airport is located northwest of the city of Pembroke, Ontario, Canada. Pem-Air operated regularly scheduled air service between Pembroke Airport and Toronto for 31 years, ending its scheduled operation in December, 2000. Youth Taking Action
Youth Taking Action (YTA) is a California registered non-profit organization that promotes youth involvement in philanthropy. YTA is managed by a group of student representatives from the United States, Canada, and India. Guatam Jain, at the time a middle school student in California, was inspired to create a philanthropic organization after reading Craig Kielburger Craig Kielburger (born December 17, 1982) is a Canadian human rights activist and social entrepreneur. He is the co-founder, with his brother Marc Kielburger, of the WE Charity, as well as We Day and the independent, social enterprise Me ...'s book ''Free the Children'' in the summer of 2003. YTA has received seed funding from Youth Venture, a non-profit organization launched by the Ashoka Foundation in 1996.
