Yuliia Shuliar (born 12 August 1997) is a Ukrainian Paralympic athlete who competes in T20 category 400 metres races. She represented the Ukraine at the 2020 Summer Paralympics. 2018 World Para Athletics European Championships – Women's 400 Metres
The women’s 400 metres at the 2018 World Para Athletics European Championships was held at the Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark in Berlin from 20–26 August.
