''Transa'' () is the sixth album by the Brazilian musician Caetano Veloso, released in 1972 by Philips Records. Like its predecessor, it was recorded while the artist was exiled in London, though he returned to Brazil shortly after completing it. Background and Recording Exiled in London since 1969, Caetano Veloso gained permissions to stay one month in Brazil in January 1971 to see the commemorative mass of his parents 40th anniversary. In Rio de Janeiro, the singer was interrogated by the military who asked him to compose a song complimenting the Transamazônica highway - during its construction. Caetano didn't accept the "proposal", but, back in London, recorded the LP with the title ''"Transa"'', released in Brazilian territory in January 1972, when the singer returned to the country for good. ''You Don't Know Me'' is a coming-of-age novel by David Klass which tells the tale of a young boy who is abused and faces pressure in his school. It was first published in 2001. Plot summary John is a fourteen-year-old boy. He lives with his mother and his mother's boyfriend, Stan, who he calls the "Man Who is Not my Father". His real father left the home when John was young. Stan abuses John by assaulting him when nobody is around. As well as his family life, much of the book explores John's struggles to fit in at school and his relationship with his closest friend, whom John calls "Billy Beezer" because of his long nose. John is presented as a social outsider, his one interest being playing the tuba, which he was forced into when asked to choose an extra-curricular activity, but he has a crush on a very popular girl named Gloria, whom he calls "Glory Hallelujah". ''Down Here'' is the second album by American singer-songwriter Tracy Bonham, released on April 18, 2000, through Island Records. The album was recorded between March 1998 and December 1999 by Bonham and producers Mitchell Froom, Tchad Blake, Mark Endert and Don Gilmore. The album was supposed to be released in October 1998 under the title ''Trail of a Dust Devil'', but was delayed until the spring of 2000, as Island was going through a major restructuring.
