''You're Ugly Too'' is a 2015 Irish drama film directed and written by Mark Noonan. Synopsis Will receives parole from prison to care for his 11-year-old niece Stacey, who has been orphaned after the death of her widowed mother, Will's sister. As they head towards the Irish midlands and try to be a family, they encounter a series of obstacles. Stacey is rejected at the local school because she suffers from narcolepsy, a condition she has recently developed. Will, who repeatedly disobeys the parole conditions in his disastrous attempts to be a responsible father figure, has to find employment and prove that he can provide a stable environment for Stacey, before it is officially decided whether or not Stacey returns to the foster system and Will to prison to complete his sentence. David Geraghty
David Geraghty (born 30 September 1975) is an Irish multi-instrumentalist, composer and songwriter. He is a founding member of Bell X1, and since 2014 has been performing under the moniker Join Me in the Pines. In 1994 he joined the group Juniper along with Paul Noonan, Damien Rice, Dominic Phillips and Brian Crosby. Damien Rice left Juniper in 1998 to pursue a solo career, and the remaining members reformed as Bell X1, named after the Bell X-1. Geraghty released his debut solo album '' Kill Your Darlings'' on 7 September 2007, while still a member of Bell X1. His debut earned him a nomination for the Choice Music Prize and two Meteor award nominations (Best Album and Best Male). The Berlin International Film Festival (german: Internationale Filmfestspiele Berlin), usually called the Berlinale (), is a major international film festival held annually in Berlin, Germany. Mark Noonan (filmmaker)
Mark Noonan (born 1965) is an American sports executive who serves as commissioner of the Canadian Premier League (CPL) and CEO of Canada Soccer Business. Previously Noonan held marketing executive positions with the United States Soccer Federation and Major League Soccer as well as serving as CEO of Accra Hearts of Oak, a Ghanaian soccer club. Noonan attended Duke University and was a member of the Blue Devils' 1986 national championship winning soccer team. Professional career In the late 1990s, Mark Noonan was the chief marketing officer of the United States Soccer Federation. Narcolepsy is a long-term neurological disorder that involves a decreased ability to regulate sleep–wake cycles. Symptoms often include periods of excessive daytime sleepiness and brief involuntary sleep episodes. About 70% of those affected also experience episodes of sudden loss of muscle strength, known as cataplexy. Narcolepsy paired with cataplexy is evidenced to be an autoimmune disorder. These experiences of cataplexy can be brought on by strong emotions. Less commonly, there may be vivid hallucinations or an inability to move (sleep paralysis) while falling asleep or waking up. People with narcolepsy tend to sleep about the same number of hours per day as people without, but the quality of sleep tends to be lessened.
