Yang Yu (swimmer)
Yang Yu (; born February 6, 1985, in Hangzhou, Zhejiang) is an Olympic medal-winning swimmer from the People's Republic of China. She became part of the Chinese national swimming team in 1999, and competed for Team China at the 2008 Summer Olympics. Career International debut and the 2000 Olympics Yang competed in her big international meet in the 2000 World Short Course Championships in Athens, where she won the 200 freestyle in 1:56.06. Later she qualified to swim at the Sydney Olympics, where she placed 17th in the 200 free (2:01.34). 2001, 02 and 03 World Aquatic Championships Yang competed at the 2001 Fukuoka World Championships and won the silver medal in the Women's 200 m Freestyle event (1:58.78), after Australia's Giaan Rooney (1:58.57). Yang Yu (; born 18 April 1985) is a professional Chinese football player who currently plays as a midfielder for Qingdao Huanghai. Club career Yang Yu broke into the senior side of Liaoning FC on September 12, 2006, in a league game against Dalian Shide as a late substitute in a 2–1 victory. After making his debut he would become a fringe player within the squad, however he would see enough playing time to score his debut goal against Shandong Luneng in a league game on August 11, 2007 in a 2–1 victory. Often a peripheral member of the squad it was only once Liaoning were relegated at the end of the 2008 league season and playing in the second tier before Yang Yu was given his chance to establish himself within the Liaoning team. Yu Yang (; born 7 April 1986) is a retired Chinese badminton player specializing in doubles. She is an Olympic Games gold medalist, three time World Champion and four time Asian Champion. Yu Yang (; born 6 August 1989) is a Chinese professional footballer who currently plays for Chinese Super League club Beijing Guoan. Club career Yu Yang started his football career playing for Beijing Guoan's youth academy before eventually being promoted up to the senior squad and would go on to make his debut on 29 June 2008 in a 2-0 loss against Shanghai Shenhua. Yu would make four appearances at the end of the season; however, the following campaign he did not play in the team that won the 2009 top-tier league title. He would instead be loaned out to third-tier club Dalian Aerbin during the 2010 season and would go on to actually win the division title with the club. Emperor Gong of Sui (隋恭帝) (605 – 14 September 619), personal name Yang You (楊侑), was an emperor of the Chinese Sui dynasty. He was installed as a puppet emperor by Li Yuan, and after Emperor Yang of Sui died, Li then became the founding emperor of the Tang dynasty and had Yang You executed. Traditionally, he was considered the last emperor of the Sui dynasty because he was succeeded and executed by Li Yuan (Emperor Gaozu of Tang), the founding emperor of the Tang dynasty. However, after him, his brother Yang Tong claimed the throne and continued to do so until 619. Li had rebelled against the rule of Yang You's grandfather Emperor Yang of Sui in 617 and captured the capital Chang'an later that year, seizing Yang You and installing Yang as a puppet emperor.
