Yan Mingyong
Yan Mingyong (; born 24 March 1985) is a retired Chinese artistic gymnast. He competed at the 2009 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in London and won gold, becoming world champion on the still rings event. The following year he returned to the World Championship scene in Rotterdam and at the 2010 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships The 2010 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships was held at the Rotterdam Ahoy indoor sporting arena in the Netherlands from 16 to 24 October 2010. World Artistic Gymnastics Championships
The Artistic Gymnastics World Championships are the world championships for artistic gymnastics governed by the Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG). The first edition of the championships was held in 1903, exclusively for male gymnasts. Since the tenth edition of the tournament, in 1934, women's events are held together with men's events.
