Park Jung-hyun ( ko, 박정현, born November 14, 2000), professionally known as Xiyeon, is a South Korean actress and singer. A former child actress and model, she trained under Pledis Entertainment for nine years before making her official debut as a member of the girl group Pristin in 2017. From April 2017 to January 2018, she hosted the South Korean music program '' Show! Music Core'' with Cha Eun-woo. Early life Xiyeon was born on November 14, 2000 in Anyang, South Korea. As a child, she appeared in several commercials for various companies and products, and most notably, a safety video for Korean Air. She also had small roles in a few dramas and the films, ''Father and Son: The Story of Mencius'' (2004) and '' The Cut'' (2007). She auditioned for Pledis Entertainment and trained for nine years under the company. Pristin
Pristin (; stylized as PRISTIN and formerly known as Pledis Girlz) was a South Korean girl group formed by Pledis Entertainment in 2016. The group was composed of ten members: Nayoung, Roa, Yuha, Eunwoo, Rena, Kyulkyung, Yehana, Sungyeon, Xiyeon and Kyla. Most of them appeared on the television show ''Produce 101'' and, as the prize for becoming two of the top contestants, Nayoung and Kyulkyung went on to debut as part of the project girl group I.O.I, before reuniting with the other members to debut as Pristin on March 21, 2017, with the first EP '' Hi! Schxxl Out
''Schxxl Out'' (stylized as ''SCHXXL OUT'') is the second and final extended play by South Korean girl group Pristin. It was released on August 23, 2017, by Pledis Entertainment and distributed by LOEN Entertainment. The EP consists of five songs, including the single "We Like", which also had a music video released on August 23. The group performed in various Korean music shows to promote the album. This is their last album before their disbandment in May 2019. Background After ending the promotions for their debut mini album ''Hi! Pristin'', the group went on hiatus, until on May 22, through a Facebook live stream with the Chinese entertainment website Idols of Asia, they revealed their plans to make a comeback during the summer. Kang Dong-ho (; born July 21, 1995), better known by the stage name Baekho (), is a South Korean singer, songwriter and television personality. He began his professional career in 2012 as a main vocalist of the South Korean boy group NU'EST. Hwang Min-hyun (; born August 9, 1995), known mononymously as Minhyun, is a South Korean singer, songwriter and actor. He began his professional career in 2012 as a lead vocalist of the South Korean boy group NU'EST. ''The Cut'' (; also known as ''Cadaver'', literally ''Anatomy classroom'') is a 2007 South Korean film.
