Xavier Ginard Torres
Xavier 'Xavi' Ginard Torres (born 11 October 1986) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for CD Atlético Baleares as a goalkeeper. Club career Born in Artà, Balearic Islands, Ginard was a youth product of FC Barcelona's La Masia. He made his debut as a senior with CE Felanitx in the 2005–06 season, in Tercera División. Ginard moved to fellow league club CE Manacor in June 2006, and first arrived in Segunda División B in 2009 after agreeing to a deal at CE Sabadell FC. After acting as a backup to David de Navas during the campaign he returned to the fourth tier, signing for CE Campos. On 2 August 2011, Ginard joined CD Atlético Baleares in division three. Initially playing second-fiddle to Biel Ribas and Ian Mackay in his first two years, he was an undisputed starter in his third, appearing in 30 matches as a captain and being also awarded the Ricardo Zamora Trophy for the category. The Super League Greece 1 ( el, Ελληνική Σούπερ Λιγκ 1), or Super League 1, is the highest professional association football league in Greece. Ricardo Zamora Trophy
The Zamora Trophy ( es, Trofeo Ricardo Zamora, link=no) is a football award, established by Spanish newspaper '' MARCA'' in 1958. The award goes to the goalkeeper who has the lowest "goals-to-games" ratio.Similar to goals against average in ice hockey or earned run average in baseball. In the inaugural year of the award, the winning goalkeeper had to play at least 15 league matches in the current season. In 1964, the limit for matches a goalkeeper had to play was raised to 22. In 1983, it was raised to 28 matches, including the rule that the goalkeeper had to play at least 60 minutes in match for it to count. In the last couple of years the list of goalkeepers who would have won the trophy prior to 1958 has been published. Ian Mackay Abad (born 14 July 1986) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for CD Eldense. Career Born in A Coruña, Mackay emerged through local Deportivo youth ranks, but never managed any first-team appearances, only occasionally being involved in training. In his first year as a professional he was loaned to Segunda División B clubs, Ceuta and Universidad Oviedo, before being released in 2007 and joining another side in that tier, Vecindario. In January 2008, Mackay returned to Galicia, joining lowly Ciudad Santiago and helping to win promotion to the third division, with the club in a severe financial crisis.
