Pokémon X And Y
and are 2013 role-playing video games developed by Game Freak, published by The Pokémon Company and Nintendo for the Nintendo 3DS. They are the first installments in the sixth generation of the main ''Pokémon'' video game series. First announced in January 2013 by former Nintendo president Satoru Iwata through a special Nintendo Direct, ''Pokémon X'' and ''Pokémon Y'' were released worldwide in October 2013, making them the first Nintendo-published retail games to have a simultaneous global release in all key regions. Male (symbol: ♂) is the sex of an organism that produces the gamete (sex cell) known as sperm, which fuses with the larger female gamete, or ovum, in the process of fertilization.
