XO (record Label)
XO (also known as XO Records) is a Canadian record label founded by singer the Weeknd, his managers Wassim Slaiby and Amir "Cash" Esmailian, and his creative director La Mar Taylor. Slaiby also serves as the label's CEO. As of 2012, it operates as a subsidiary of Universal Music Group, and is distributed through Republic Records. The label's current acts include the Weeknd, Belly, Nav and Chxrry22. The label has had six projects debut at number one on the ''Billboard'' 200: ''Beauty Behind The Madness'', '' Starboy'', ''My Dear Melancholy'', '' Bad Habits'', '' After Hours'' and '' Good Intentions'', with the latter two both achieving this in the first half of 2020. ''Good Intentions'' is the third studio album by Canadian rapper Nav. It was released on May 8, 2020, by XO Records and Republic Records. It follows his second studio album, '' Bad Habits'', which was released in 2019. The album features guest appearances from Young Thug, Future, Gunna, Travis Scott, Lil Uzi Vert, Pop Smoke, Don Toliver, and Lil Durk. The re-release of the album, titled ''Brown Boy 2'', the deluxe edition and a sequel to his 2019 unofficial ''Brown Boy'' EP, was released three days later, on May 11, 2020. Jason Quenneville (born February 23, 1982), professionally known as DaHeala ( ), is a Canadian record producer and songwriter managed by SAL&CO. He has produced for artists such as the Weeknd, Halsey, Lil Uzi Vert, and Belly, among others.
