XHLDC-FM
XHLDC-FM is a radio station on 90.7 FM in Magdalena de Kino, Sonora, Mexico. It is operated by Grupo Audiorama Comunicaciones and is known as KY 90.7. History XHLDC began as XHIMS-FM in Imuris, Sonora, with concession awarded to Radio Comunicación Creativa, S.A. de C.V., on August 16, 1994. The station came to air from Magdalena de Kino and owned by Grupo ACIR in 1997. The callsign changed that August to XHLDC-FM, in honor of assassinated presidential candidate Luis Donaldo Colosio, who was from Magdalena de Kino. The station's original format was grupera La Comadre, though it soon changed names to Stereo Sol, Fiesta Mexicana and finally to the Toño format once Larsa took control. In the early 2000s, Grupo ACIR sold many radio stations to Radiorama, including XHLDC. Radiorama then transferred operations of many of its stations in the state to Grupo Larsa Comunicaciones in 2011. Grupo ACIR
Grupo ACIR is a Mexican media company specializing in the operation of radio stations. It was established in 1965. ACIR is an acronym for ''Asociación de Concesionarios Independientes de Radio'' (Association of Independent Radio Concessionaires). History Grupo ACIR was founded on June 8, 1965, when Francisco Ibarra bought the XEDQ-AM (Radio Alegría) station in San Andrés Tuxtla, Veracruz. During the next two years, three new radio stations were integrated: XEOM-AM in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, XEMM-AM in Morelia, Michoacán, XEMIA-AM in Guadalajara, Jalisco; and three stations of amplitude modulation in the Mexico City: XEL-AM Radio Capital, XEFR-AM Radio Felicidad and XEVOZ-AM Radio Voz. Magdalena De Kino, Sonora
Magdalena de Kino () is a city, part of the surrounding municipality of the same name, located in the Mexican state of Sonora covering approximately 560 square miles (1,460 square kilometers). According to the 2005 census, the city's population was 23,101, and the municipality's population was 25,500. Magdalena de Kino is in the northern section of Sonora 50 miles (80 kilometers) from the Mexico-U.S. border. Luis Donaldo Colosio Murrieta (; 10 February 1950 – 23 March 1994) was a Mexican politician, economist, and Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) presidential candidate, who was assassinated at a campaign rally in Tijuana during the Mexican presidential campaign of 1994. Political history Colosio was the son of Luis Colosio Fernández (1923–2010) and Ofelia Murrieta Armida García. Born into a family with a long political heritage in Magdalena de Kino, Sonora, Colosio's family was of Italian and Spanish descent. Colosio-Murrieta studied economics at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, better known by its initials ITESM, after which he joined the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) in 1972. XHDK-FM is a radio station on 94.7 FM in Guadalajara. The station is operated by Audiorama, a related company to Radiorama, and is known as KY (pronounced like "calle") with a pop music format. History XHDK received its first concession on May 14, 1979, and was owned by Radio VIP, S.A., concessionaire for the Serna family's Radio Programas de México.
