Leung Yat Ho
Leung Yat Ho (; born: 1968) is a former actor and wushu taolu athlete from Hong Kong. He was a two-time world champion in nanquan and was also a triple silver medalist at the Asian Games. Competitive wushu career In 1989, Leung moved to Hong Kong to pursue a career in acting. He continued to seriously train wushu at this time, and won the silver medal in men's nanquan at the 1990 Asian Games in Beijing. A year later, he became the first world champion in nanquan at the 1991 World Wushu Championships. Leung then won a bronze medal in the 1993 World Wushu Championships Kuala Lumpur, silver medal in the 1994 Asian Games in Hiroshima, and was once again the world champion at the 1995 World Wushu Championships in Baltimore. While representing the SAR of Hong Kong, he first achieved a silver medal victory in the 1997 World Wushu Championships in Rome. Thammasat Stadium
Thammasat Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in the city of Rangsit, Pathum Thani, Thailand. It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium holds 25,000. It is on Thammasat University's Rangsit campus. It is located close to Bangkok. History It was built for the 1998 Asian Games by construction firm Christiani and Nielsen, the same company that constructed the Democracy Monument in Bangkok. Its appearance is that of a scaled down version of Rajamangala Stadium. The tribunes form a continuous ring which are quite low behind each goal but rise up on each side. Unlike Rajamangala though, Thammasat has a roof covering both side tribunes. Most striking about this stadium are the floodlights. Thai architects usually favour concrete pylons but these are the steel variety. As viewed from the exterior of the stadium the base of each pylon seems to grip the outside of the stadium and they dramatically lean over the tribunes so as to better illuminate the playing area. Ho Ro Bin
Ho Ro Bin () is a retired competitive wushu taolu athlete and actor from Malaysia. He is the first Malaysian athlete who have won gold medals in all major international wushu competitions including the World Wushu Championships, Asian Games, Asian Wushu Championships, and the SEA Games. Career Born in Penang, Ho started wushu at the age of 12 under Chiong Ah Chaw. At the age of 18, he moved to Kuala Lumpur to train under Chin Hoong Yip and joined the first full-time Malaysian Wushu Team in 2000. Nanquan refers to a classification of Chinese martial arts that originated South China. The southern styles of Chinese martial arts are characterized by emphasis on "short hitting" and specific arm movements, predominantly in southern styles such as Hung Kuen, Choi Lei Fut, Hak Fu Mun, Wuzuquan, Wing Chun, and so on. The 1998 Asian Games (), officially known as the 13th Asian Games and the XIII Asiad, was an Asian multi-sport event celebrated in Bangkok, Thailand from December 6 to 20, 1998, with 377 events in 36 sports and disciplines participated by 6,554 athletes across the continent. The football event commenced on 30 November 1998, a week earlier than the opening ceremony. Bangkok was awarded the right on September 26, 1990, defeating Taipei, Taiwan and Jakarta, Indonesia to host the Games. It was the first city to hosted the Asian Games for four times, the last three editions it hosted were in 1966, 1970 and 1978.
