Workpoint TV
Workpoint TV is Thailand's television station, owned by Workpoint Entertainment, broadcasting on channel 23 of Thailand's digital television. History Workpoint Entertainment began to test their satellite TV broadcasting Channel for Workpoints TV On September 26 of 2011. Then on October 3 in the same year, the formal program plan was announced and originally began at the end of the test broadcasting period. After that, they officially began to broadcasting on January 1 of 2012, but due to the building's operation Workpoint Public Company Limited in Pathum Thani Province face a great flood so the schedule as mentioned above was postponed to February 20 in the same year. Workpoint Entertainment Public Company Limited is a Thai media company. The company and its subsidiaries do business in television production, film making, event management, animation, publishing, event marketing and recording. The company was founded in 1989 by Phanya Nirunkul and , and went public on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 2004. The company, which has been called "the No. 1 TV producer in Thailand" by the ''Hollywood Reporter'', has produced over eighty television programmes, with fifteen programmes broadcast weekly on free television in 2011. Mainly focusing on game shows, Workpoint's first production was ''Wethi Thong'' (''Golden Stage''), which was broadcast on Channel 7 from 1989 to 2007. Matichon
''Matichon'' ( th, มติชน, also known as ''Matichon Daily'' to distinguish it from other related publications) is a major Thai-language national daily newspaper. It was founded by a group of progressive writers in 1978, when the country was emerging from the authoritarian government that followed the 6 October 1976 Massacre. ''Matichon'' positions itself as a "quality" upmarket newspaper, as opposed to the usually sensationalist mass-circulation papers. In 1997, it had a daily circulation of about 120,000. It carries a strong focus on politics, and was, along with ''Thai Rath'', among the country's most politically influential newspapers at the time. Broadcasting
