Woori Bank
Woori Bank (Hangul: 우리은행 ''Uri Eunhaeng'') is a Korean multinational bank headquartered in Seoul. It is one of the four largest domestic banks in South Korea and is showing a strong presence not only for commercial banking but also for corporate finance in the Republic of Korea. It was originally founded in the 19th Century which it renamed and merged multiple times until it finally adopted its current name in 2002. Woori Bank is known the first South Korean bank to support web browsers other than Internet Explorer for online banking in Korea. As of 2020, Woori ranks 95 on the largest bank list in the world in terms of total assets which currently has 311,852 billion in USD as of the end of 2019. Woori Financial Group
Woori Financial Group is a Seoul-based banking and financial services holdings company and is the largest bank in South Korea. Woori has had a short history as a financial institution. It was formed in 2001 from the forced merger of 4 predecessor commercial banks and an investment bank (Hanvit, Peace, Kwangju and Kyongnam Banks and Hanaro Investment Banking and their subsidiaries). The banks were taken over and recapitalised by the government because they had fallen below the Basel I Accord mandated eight percent capital adequacy ratio. The South Korean Government, through the Korean Deposit Insurance Corporation, remains the primary investor as a result. Woori Heroes
The Kiwoom Heroes () are a South Korean professional baseball team based in Seoul. They are a member of the KBO League. The Heroes play their home games at Gocheok Sky Dome in Gocheok-dong, a neighborhood located in the southwestern part of Seoul. The Heroes mascot is ''Teokdori'' (; Mr. Jaw). In 2014, the Futures League squad changed its name to Hwaseong Heroes (), differentiating from the first string. In 2019, Hwaseong Heroes renamed as Goyang Heroes (). History The franchise was originally known as the Sammi SuperStars and had subsequent incarnations as the Chungbo Pintos and Pacific Dolphins. Woori Yallock is a town in Victoria, Australia, east of Melbourne's central business district, located within the Shire of Yarra Ranges local government area. Woori Yallock recorded a population of 2,964 at the . The Post Office opened on 1 July 1886 as Woori Yalloak, changing its name to the current spelling around 1911. It contains a primary school, a football oval, a shopping area and a radio station (Yarra Valley FM), and is passed by the Warburton Trail, a walk and cycle track along the dismantled former Warburton railway line.
