Wonder Wheels
''Wonder Wheels'' is a Saturday morning animated series produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions that originally aired as a 5-minute segment on ''The Skatebirds'' from September 10, 1977, to January 21, 1978, on CBS. In the fall of 1979, ''Wonder Wheels'' continued to air on ''The Skatebirds'' when the show returned to CBS in a shortened half-hour version on Sunday mornings until January 25, 1981. In the late 1980s, it resurfaced in a different syndicated half-hour version of ''The Skatebirds'' on USA Cartoon Express and later on Cartoon Network, Boomerang and as an interstitial segment between shows. Bob Singer (born 1928) is an American animation artist, character designer, layout and background artist and storyboard director of animated television programs, most memorably of several Hanna-Barbera productions such as ''The Flintstones'', ''Jonny Quest'', ''Scooby-Doo'', ''Yogi Bear'', ''Droopy'', ''Tom and Jerry'', ''The Jetsons'', ''The Smurfs'', ''Super Friends'', '' Richie Rich'' and the ''Harlem Globetrotters'' cartoons. Wally Burr
Walter Story Burr (June 2, 1924 – July 9, 2017), also credited as Wally Burr and Walter Burr, was an American voice actor and director. As the voice director for '' The Transformers'' and '' The Transformers: The Movie'', Burr was known for his perfectionist recording sessions that lasted eight hours. He voice directed several other cartoons during the 1980s, such as ''G.I. Joe'', ''Jem'', ''Inspector Gadget'', and ''Spider-Man''. Carl Robert Fallberg (September 11, 1915 – May 9, 1996) was a writer/cartoonist for animated feature films and T.V. cartoons for Disney Studios, Hanna-Barbera, and Warner Brothers. He also wrote comic books for Dell Comics, Western Publishing, and Gold Key Comics. Jack Mendelsohn (November 8, 1926 – January 25, 2017) was an American writer-artist who worked in animation, comic strips and comic books. An Emmy-nominated television comedy writer and story editor, he had numerous credits as a TV scripter, including ''Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In'', ''Three's Company'', ''The Carol Burnett Show'' and ''Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles''. Norman Albert Maurer (May 13, 1926 – November 23, 1986) was a comic book artist and writer, and a director and producer of films and television shows. Comic books Maurer's lifelong association with the Three Stooges began about the time of his marriage to Joan Howard, the daughter of the comedy team's Moe Howard on June 29, 1947. In 1949, he produced two ''Three Stooges'' comic book issues for Jubilee, based on the short films the team was making for Columbia Pictures.
