Wonder Boy In Monster World
''Wonder Boy in Monster World'', known in Japan as ''Wonder Boy V: Monster World III'', is a side-scrolling action role-playing game originally developed by Westone and published by Sega for the Mega Drive/Genesis in 1991. It is the fifth game in the ''Wonder Boy'' series and the third game in the ''Monster World'' sub-series, following ''Wonder Boy in Monster Land'' (''Super Wonder Boy: Monster World'' on the Japanese Sega Mark III) and '' Wonder Boy III: The Dragon's Trap'' (''Monster World II: Dragon no Wana'' on the Japanese Game Gear). Versions for other platforms were also made. In 1993, Sega released a Master System version of the game specifically for the European market, while in 1994, Hudson Soft remade the game for the TurboDuo under the title of , featuring an all-new theme and cast of characters. was a video game developer founded in May 1986, based in Mukoujima, Sumida-ku, Tokyo. They were most famous for the '' Wonder Boy/Monster World'' series. Originally called , the company was renamed to Westone as the word Escape made them sound unreliable. The company's name was changed yet again to Westone Bit Entertainment in April 2000. The chief publisher was Ryuichi Nishizawa. The company went bankrupt and entered the liquidation process on October 1, 2014. The Westone name is derived from the first characters of the names of company founders, Ryuuichi Nishizawa (Nishi = West) and Michishito Ishizuka (Ishi = Stone). TurboDuo
The TurboDuo is a fourth-generation video game console developed by NEC Home Electronics and Hudson Soft for the North American market. The TurboDuo was test-marketed in Los Angeles in October 1992, before a nationwide rollout in May 1993. It is the North American version of the Japanese PC Engine Duo game console which was released in September 1991. In the United States, the TurboDuo was marketed by Turbo Technologies, Inc. (or TTI) of Los Angeles, a joint venture of NEC Home Electronics and Hudson Soft. ''Monica's Gang'' or ''Monica and Friends'' (Portuguese: ''Turma da Mônica''; British English: ''Monica & Friends'') is a Brazilian comic book series and media franchise created by Mauricio de Sousa.
