Won Shin-hee
Won Shin-hee (원 신희, born in Kuchon Dong) is a South Korean male former weightlifter, who competed in the 67.5 category and represented South Korea at international competitions. He won the bronze medal in the clean & jerk at the 1970 World Weightlifting Championships lifting 165.0 kg. Olympic weightlifting, or Olympic-style weightlifting (officially named Weightlifting), is a sport in which athletes compete in lifting a barbell loaded with weight plates from the ground to overhead, with each athlete trying to successfully lift the heaviest weights. Athletes compete in two specific ways of lifting the barbell overhead: these are the Snatch (weightlifting), snatch and the clean and jerk.
