Edgar “Chico” Edwards (died December 3, 2011) was an American singer. He was co-lead tenor for The Spinners. Biography Edwards joined The Spinners in 1963 as a replacement for George Dixon. Edgar's brother James was a founding member of the group, but was only in the group for a few weeks. Not long after Edwards joined, Motown Records owner Berry Gordy Berry Gordy III (born November 28, 1929), known professionally as Berry Gordy Jr., is a retired American record executive, record producer, songwriter, film producer and television producer.
