Public Transport Victoria (PTV) is the brand name for public transport in the Australian state of Victoria, Australia, Victoria. Myki ( ), stylised as myki, is a reloadable credit card-sized contactless smart card ticketing system used for electronic payment of fares on most public transport services in Melbourne and regional Victoria, Australia. The Warrnambool line is a regional passenger rail service operated by V/Line in Victoria, Australia. It serves passengers between the state capital, Melbourne, and the regional city of Warrnambool. History In 1993, passenger services on the line were contracted by the State Government to a private company, West Coast Railway. V/Line is a statutory authority that operates regional passenger train and coach services in Victoria, Australia.
