William Henry Fitzjohn
William Henry Fitzjohn (5 November 1915 – 20 December 1989) was a Sierra Leonean churchman, educator and diplomat. Life Fitzjohn was ordained into the ministry of the Evangelical United Brethren Church (Dayton, Ohio) in 1946. From 1950 to 1959 he taught educational sociology and religion at Fourah Bay College, University of Durham, and was associate minister at King memorial, Evangelical United Brethren church. From 1951 to 1959 he was also Member of the Sierra Leone House of Parliament. From 1959 to 1961 he was Chargé d'affaires in Washington DC. Early in the spring of 1961, a snub turned into an international incident, when he stopped for dinner with his driver at a Howard Johnson's restaurant on the outskirts of Hagerstown, Maryland en route to Pittsburgh for a lecture. Richard Edmund Kelfa-Caulker (March 1909 – April 2, 1975) was a Sierra Leonean diplomat. He was the father of Yema Lucilda Hunter. Hagerstown is a city in Washington County, Maryland, United States and the county seat of Washington County. The population of Hagerstown city proper at the 2020 census was 43,527, and the population of the Hagerstown metropolitan area (extending into West Virginia) was 269,140. Hagerstown ranks as Maryland's sixth-largest incorporated city and is the largest city in the Panhandle. Hagerstown has a distinct topography, formed by stone ridges running from northeast to southwest through the center of town. Geography accordingly bounds its neighborhoods. These ridges consist of upper Stonehenge limestone. Many of the older buildings were built from this stone, which is easily quarried and dressed onsite. Harford Secondary School For Girls
Harford Secondary School for Girls is a secondary school for girls in Moyamba, Sierra Leone. History The roots of the school lie in the Mary Sowers School for Girls, founded by Church of the United Brethren in Christ, United Brethren in Christ (UBC) missionaries at Rotifunk. The school was closed during the Hut Tax War of 1898, but was reopened as the Moyamba Girls School. In 1903 the school was merged with the UBC's girls' boarding school at Shenge, and buildings were completed and occupied at Rotifunk in 1908. Julius Gulama taught at the school before he became a paramount chief in 1928. In 1921 the school was renamed the Lilian Harford School for Girls, after the American missionary Lillian Resler Keister Harford, and in 1944 the school became a secondary school. White House
The White House is the official residence and workplace of the president of the United States.
