William Fowler (New Hampshire Politician)
William Fowler (born ) is an American politician serving as a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives from the 20th Rockingham County, New Hampshire, Rockingham district. Early life and education Fowler was born and raised in Seabrook, New Hampshire. He joined the Army National Guard in 1987 and retired with the rank of staff sergeant. He earned an associate degree in criminal justice from McIntosh College. He later earned a certificate in microcomputer technology from Southern New Hampshire University and another in forensic science and crime scene investigation from Kaplan University. Seabrook is a town in Rockingham County, New Hampshire, United States. The population was 8,401 at the 2020 census. Located at the southern end of the coast of New Hampshire on the border with Massachusetts, Seabrook is noted as the location of the Seabrook Station Nuclear Power Plant, the third-most recently constructed nuclear power plant in the United States. Seabrook is the first town one encounters when entering New Hampshire northbound on I–95. New Hampshire's 1st congressional district covers parts of Southern New Hampshire and the eastern portion of the state. The district contains parts of Hillsborough, Rockingham, Merrimack, Grafton, and Belknap counties; and the entirety of Strafford and Carroll counties. It granted Associate's degrees and Bachelor's degrees in a variety of vocational areas, including business management, criminal justice, culinary arts, graphic design and massage therapy.
