William Choice
William Choice Jr. (9 June 1880 – 6 February 1942) was a college football player. He served in the Spanish–American War. College football VPI In 1899 he was a prominent guard for Virginia Polytechnic Institute, and selected for the All-Southern all-star team. The 1900 Virginia Orange and Blue football team represented the University of Virginia as an independent during the 1900 college football season. Led by second-year coach Archie Hoxton, the team went 7–2–1 and claims a Southern championship. The team was captained by tackle John Loyd.
