Will Taylor (land Speculator)
William Taylor, (1853–1941) was a pioneer, Snoqualmie Valley driving force and the founder of North Bend, Washington in February 1889. William H. Taylor was born in Iowa on February 12, 1853 to a large mid-western family. In 1872 at the age of 19, his family moved to the Snoqualmie Valley where William took a cooks assistant job at the Newcastle Coal Mine cookhouse, near Issaquah. Later, he relocated to Fall City to help clear land and worked as logger near the mouth of the Skykomish River. Like most pioneers, he found work wherever he could and later returned to the upper Snoqualmie Valley to work as cabin builder, logger and general laborer for Lucinda Fares and her uncle Jeremiah Borst, known as the "Father of the Snoqualmie Valley". In 1876, he moved to California to take work as a miner. After receiving a work offer from Borst, he married Molly Beard and they returned north to work on Borst's farm for six years. Will Taylor (Derbyshire Cricketer)
William Thomas Taylor (14 April 1885 – 17 August 1976) was an English cricketer who played for Derbyshire between 1905 and 1910. He served as secretary of Derbyshire for 51 years from 1908 to 1959. Taylor was born at Wirksworth, Derbyshire the son of Walter Taylor of Fern House and his wife Alice. His father was a manufacturer of artificial fertilizer. Taylor made his Derbyshire debut during the 1905 season, against Nottinghamshire but made little impression. In the 1906 season, he played a match during a West Indian tour of England, when he took two wickets, one of them being of Lebrun Constantine. Taylor played two games during the 1910 season, probably as a substitute, in which he was able to keep up his consistency between Test cricketer Arnold Warren and pre-war Derbyshire representative Frederick Bracey. Will Taylor (born 30 November 1968) is a violist, violinist, arranger, composer, music producer and guitarist and from Austin, Texas. He is the founder of the groups Will Taylor & Strings Attached and The Jazz Menagerie. Early life Taylor graduated from Austin High School. He then attended the Sarah and Ernest Butler School of Music at the University of Texas at Austin. Career Taylor is one of few viola players in jazz. He began his career playing jazz fusion in clubs on 6th Street in Austin, Texas during his college years. After that, he worked with Eddie Harris and the Turtle Island Quartet. Additionally, he has spent 23 years playing with the Austin Lyric Opera. He also spent time doing solo work, releasing three albums: ''Reel Life'' (1993, Amazing), ''Simple Gifts'' (1995, Igmod), and ''Live from Austin'' (1996, Cymekob, Inc.) Will Taylor (born January 10, 2003) is an American college baseball outfielder for the Clemson Tigers. He previously also played quarterback and wide receiver for the Clemson football team. Early life and high school Taylor grew up in Irmo, South Carolina and originally attended Ben Lippen School in Columbia, South Carolina, where he played baseball and football. He batted .432 with 38 hits in his sophomore baseball season. Taylor passed for 1,647 yards while also rushing for 1,549 yards as a junior. Taylor transferred to Dutch Fork High School in his hometown prior to his senior year. He completed 136-of-203 passes for 2,237 yards and 21 touchdowns with four interceptions and gained 448 rushing yards with 11 touchdowns on 60 carries as Dutch Fork won the Class 5A state championship.
