Will Hamill (footballer, Born 1986)
Will Hamill (born 26 July 1986) is an Australian rules footballer who played with the Brisbane Lions in the Australian Football League (AFL). Hamill captained the Queensland Under-18s football team in 2004 and was first rookie listed by Brisbane the same year. The Mount Gravatt player then started playing for the Brisbane reserves side in the AFL Queensland State League and was elevated to the seniors during the 2007 AFL season, due to Daniel Bradshaw going on the long term injury list. He played his first AFL game in Brisbane's round 14 win over the West Coast Eagles at Subiaco Oval, sharing his debut with ruckman Matthew Leuenberger. Hamill had just six disposals but appeared again the following week, when Brisbane beat Melbourne at home. Matthew Leuenberger
Matthew Leuenberger (born 7 June 1988) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for the Brisbane Lions and the Essendon Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). Leuenberger represented Western Australia in the 2006 AFL Under 18 Championships and was rewarded with All-Australian selection as the ruckman. Leuenberger was drafted to the Brisbane Lions with their first selection and fourth overall in the 2006 national draft. He made his debut against the West Coast Eagles in round 14, 2007 at Subiaco Oval. His first two seasons saw him play 19 matches, and the first three of 2009 before sustaining a knee injury. He missed the remainder of the season after his knee became infected following surgery, and consequently lost 11 kilograms. Daniel Mark Bradshaw (born 21 November 1978) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for the Brisbane Bears, Brisbane Lions and Sydney Swans in the Australian Football League (AFL). Bradshaw is best known as being a dual premiership forward for the Brisbane Lions.
