Wild Dog is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Wild Dog is the superhero identity of Jack Wheeler. He first appeared in ''Wild Dog'' #1 (September 1987), and was created by Max Allan Collins and Terry Beatty. A re-imagined version of the character, named Rene Ramirez, appeared in the Arrowverse series ''Arrow (TV series), Arrow'' starting in Arrow (season 5), season 5, where he was played by Rick Gonzalez. Publication history Wild Dog first appeared in a four issue mini-series (issue #1, cover date September 1987). The series is credited to Max Allan Collins, Terry Beatty and Dick Giordano. Terry Beatty (born January 11, 1958''Comics Buyer's Guide'' #1650; February 2009; Page 107) is an artist who has worked as a penciler and inker in the American comic book industry, where he is perhaps best known for his co-creation of the female detective Ms. Tree. Career Terry Beatty is the artist and co-creator (with Max Allan Collins) of the long-running private eye series, '' Ms. Tree''. Collaborations with Collins also include ''Mike Mist'', ''Mickey Spillane's Mike Danger'' and ''Johnny Dynamite''. Wotan is a mystical supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character was created by Gardner Fox and Howard Sherman, first appearing in ''More Fun Comics'' #55 (1940). The character is a major antagonist to Doctor Fate, serves as an archenemy to various incarnations. Originally a woman of prehistoric times, the woman who would become Wotan was sexually assaulted by male members of her tribe. The human flea (''Pulex irritans'') – once also called the house flea – is a cosmopolitan flea species that has, in spite of the common name, a wide host spectrum. It is one of six species in the genus ''Pulex''; the other five are all confined to the Nearctic and Neotropical realms. Black Condor is the superhero name used by three different fictional characters in the DC Comics universe. All three incarnations of Black Condor have been members of the Freedom Fighters and each has been featured in Freedom Fighters comic books published by DC Comics. Michael Carlin (born October 6, 1958) is an American comic book writer, editor, and executive. He has worked principally for Marvel Comics and DC Comics since the 1970s. Early life Carlin attended the High School of Art and Design in Manhattan, graduating in 1976. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Cartooning from the School of Visual Arts in New York in 1980. Career Mike Carlin started out in the business at DC Comics as a high school intern in 1974. Lobo is a character appearing in comic books published by DC Comics. The Lobo character was created by Roger Slifer and Keith Giffen, and he first appeared in ''Omega Men'' #3 (June 1983). Lobo is an alien from the utopian planet of Czarnia, and he works as an interstellar mercenary and bounty hunter.
