Wilbur Wilde
Wilbur Wilde (born Nicholas Robert Aitken on 5 October 1955) is an Australian saxophonist, television personality and radio presenter. He is best known for his work on '' Hey Hey It's Saturday''. He rose to prominence with the bands Ol' 55 and Jo Jo Zep & The Falcons. Career Music career Wilde was the tenor saxophonist (and did some vocals) with Ol' 55 from 1975 until 1977. Wilde then joined Jo Jo Zep & The Falcons in 1977 as saxophonist and backing singer. He still remains in that role to this date. Television career He is most famous for appearing as part of the house band on '' Hey Hey It's Saturday'' from 1984 until 1999, and again from 2009 until 2010. ''Mad Max'' is a 1979 Australian dystopian action film directed by George Miller and produced by Byron Kennedy. Mel Gibson stars as "Mad" Max Rockatansky, a police officer turned vigilante in a near-future Australia in the midst of societal collapse. Joanne Samuel, Hugh Keays-Byrne, Steve Bisley, Tim Burns, and Roger Ward also star. James McCausland and Miller wrote the screenplay from a story by Miller and Kennedy. Chris Aitken (born 26 October 1948) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Melbourne in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Biography His is the older brother of Melbourne musician and radio host, Wilbur Wilde. The Australian Football League (AFL) is the only fully professional sports, professional competition of Australian rules football. Through the AFL Commission, the AFL also serves as the sport's governing body and is responsible for controlling the Laws of Australian football, laws of the game. RSN Racing & Sport (ACMA callsign: 3UZ) is an Australian radio station in Australia.
