Sale is a city situated in the Gippsland region of the Australian state of Victoria and the council seat of the Shire of Wellington. Corinne Grant (born 12 June 1973) is an Australian lawyer, comedian and television presenter. Career After briefly studying as a nurse in Wodonga, Grant started her career as an actor in Melbourne, obtaining a degree in drama. After graduating, she started doing stand-up comedy to overcome her stage fright. Her first major show was as a support act for Merrick Watts. She performed her first solo stand-up show in the bar of the Victoria Hotel in the early 1990s. RMITV is a not-for-profit, community access television production facility based at RMIT University City Campus in Melbourne, Australia. It is a full member of the Melbourne Community Television Consortium, a not-for-profit consortium that operates the community access channel C31 which broadcasts throughout Melbourne and Geelong. ''Gruen'' (previously known as ''The Gruen Transfer'') is an Australian television program focusing on advertising, which debuted on the ABC on 28 May 2008. The program is hosted by Wil Anderson and produced by Andrew Denton's production company, Zapruder's Other Films, now part of CJZ. Anderson is accompanied by a panel of advertising industry experts including Russel Howcroft (originally of George Patterson Y&R) and Todd Sampson (previously of Leo Burnett). The title refers to the Gruen transfer, the response to designed disorientation cues in retail environments. The show's debut episode drew an audience of nearly 1.3 million, the highest debut for an entertainment program in the ABC's history. ''Wil & Lehmo'' was an afternoon drive time radio program broadcast nationally on Triple M and was hosted by Wil Anderson and Anthony "Lehmo" Lehmann. It began broadcasting on 2 April 2007. The timeslot for this show was previously held by ''The Shebang'' who had moved to the breakfast slot on Triple M Sydney. Liz Ellis was the first guest on their first show. The Melbourne International Comedy Festival (MICF) is the largest stand-alone comedy festival and the second-largest international comedy festival in the world. Established in 1987, it takes place annually in Melbourne over four weeks, typically starting in March and running through to April.
