Friedrich Von Wieser
Friedrich Freiherr von Wieser (; 10 July 1851 – 22 July 1926) was an early (so-called "first generation") economist of the Austrian School of economics. Born in Vienna, the son of Privy Councillor Leopold von Wieser, a high official in the war ministry, he first trained in sociology and law. In 1872, the year he took his degree, he encountered Austrian-school founder Carl Menger's '' Grundsätze'' and switched his interest to economic theory. Wieser held posts at the universities of Vienna and Prague until succeeding Menger in Vienna in 1903, where along with his brother-in-law Eugen von Böhm-Bawerk he shaped the next generation of Austrian economists including Ludwig von Mises, Friedrich Hayek and Joseph Schumpeter in the late 1890s and early 20th century. He was the Austrian Minister of Commerce from August 30, 1917, to November 11, 1918. Sandro Wieser (born 3 February 1993) is a Liechtensteiner professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Swiss Challenge League club Vaduz and the Liechtenstein national team. Club career Early career Born in Vaduz, Wieser began his youth career with FC Triesen and moved onto FC Vaduz. In 2006, he continued his youth career with FC Basel playing in the U-16, U-18 and U-21 teams. He signed his first professional contract on his 18th birthday. He played his debut on 20 March 2011 in the 2–1 away win against Grasshopper Club Zürich. At the end of the 2010–11 Swiss Super League season Sandro Wieser won the Super League Championship title with FC Basel. Francisca Wieser, also known as Frances A. Wieser, or Francesca Wieser ( – ) was an American scientific illustrator, drafter, artist, and photographic assistant. She worked for the United States Geological Survey, and the United States National Museum (now the National Museum of Natural History) from 1911 to 1929 with the title of "paleontologic draftsman". Roland Wieser
Roland Wieser (born 6 May 1956, in Zschopau) is an East German racewalker who won the bronze medal in the 20 kilometer walk during the 1980 Summer Olympics with a time of 1:25:59 hours. During his active career he measured 1.86 meters in height and 68 kg in weight. Wieser's first success came at an early age, when he became the East German 10 kilometer walk Youth Champion in 1971. In 1975 he became the European Junior Champion in the same event. In 1978, Weiser competed in the East German National Championship and won the 50 kilometer walk; in the same year he achieved his first major success when he became the European Champion in the 20 kilometer walk at the elite level with a time of 1:23:11.5 hours. He followed this two years later with his Olympic bronze medal. After his Olympic triumph Wieser did not win any additional medals in international competition. Neesha Wieser
Central Pulse are a New Zealand netball team based in Wellington. Between 2008 and 2016, they played in the ANZ Championship. Since 2017 they have represented Netball Central in the ANZ Premiership. Netball Central is the governing body that represents the Hawke's Bay, Manawatū-Whanganui, Taranaki and Wellington Regions. Pulse were 2019, 2020 and 2022 ANZ Premiership winners.
