Wiam Wahhab
Wiam Maher Najib Wahhab ( ar, وئام وهاب; born on 11 October 1964) is a Lebanese Druze politician and journalist from Jahlieh, Chouf District, and the founder of the Arab Unification Party. Biography He ran for parliamentary elections in 1996 and won 12,000 votes but lost the elections. He heads the Arab Unification Party that he founded on 26 May 2006, and whose principles are based on cross-border: secularism, sects, doctrines and narrow fanaticism, and his rejection of all forms of injustice, exploitation, feudalism, deprivation and sanctification of public freedoms and human rights. Wahhab was the target of assassination attempts in the Hasbaya District in 2006 and in the town of Kfar Him, Chouf District in 2008 for rejecting the feudal reality in the Druze community. Marwan Hamadeh
Marwan Hamadeh ( ar, مروان حمادة; born 11 September 1939) is a Lebanese journalist and politician, who served in various capacities in different cabinets, including minister of education, minister of telecommunications, minister of economy and trade, minister of tourism, minister of health and minister for the displaced. He served as a member of the Lebanese parliament until his resignation, on 5 August 2020, after the explosions in Beirut claiming that the government was "ineffective" to handle the incident. The team was established in 2005, and is controlled by the Lebanon Football Association (LFA), the governing body for football in Lebanon. Whilst the team has yet to qualify for the FIFA Women's World Cup or the AFC Women's Asian Cup, they have finished runners-up at the 2022 edition of the WAFF Women's Championship, and in third place at the 2007 and 2019 editions. Rida Wiam Wahab ( ar, ريدا وئام وهاب; born 14 February 2004) is a Lebanese footballer who plays as a defender for Lebanese club SAS. Emir Talal Arslan ( ar, الأمير طلال أرسلان) is a Lebanon, Lebanese politician, Political Leader of the Druze sect. He is the chief of the Arslan family, who claim to be descendants of the Lakhmids. Early life Arslan was born in Choueifat to the late Druze in Lebanon, Druze leader Emir Majid Arslan. He studied at Charley Saad school in Choueifat, now known as International School of Choueifat – Lebanon, SABIS International School.
