''Whose Shout'' was a weekly live variety hour television program produced by RMITV that broadcast on C31 Melbourne. The show was a reboot of ''Under Melbourne Tonight'' set in an old pub called the Stumpy Arms and had game elements like '' What's Goin' On There?''. Tony Biggs, Stephen Hall and Vin "Rastas" Hedger played the role of bar tenders and Joel McLean played the role of race caller. RMITV
RMITV is a not-for-profit, community access television production facility based at RMIT University City Campus in Melbourne, Australia. It is a full member of the Melbourne Community Television Consortium, a not-for-profit consortium that operates the community access channel C31 which broadcasts throughout Melbourne and Geelong. About RMITV is a student run media production house based within RMIT University, with the majority of its funding granted by RMIT University Student Union (RUSU). RMITV is dedicated to providing hands on television experience to students. RMITV also produces content to be broadcast, most commonly on C31 Melbourne and have helped many students find their way to careers in the television industry. Rod Quantock
Rodney Edward Quantock (born 1948) is an Australian stand-up comedian and writer. Quantock is known for his pioneering style of stand-up comedy, which is often politically driven, as well as being the face of bed retailer Capt'n Snooze for many years. Described as "a living Melbourne treasure" by ''The Age'' newspaper, he has also achieved great prominence with his involvement in political activism and social justice and as a speaker at many public and corporate events. Fred Negro
Frederick John Negro (born 1959) is an Australian satirist, musician, songwriter, and cartoonist. He has fronted numerous rock, punk and country bands. Biography Frederick John Negro was born in 1959 and grew up in Richmond. In 1979 Negro formed a post-punk group, The Editions, on drums with Roz Dear on vocals, John Durr on guitar and David Yob Hoban on bass guitar. By the following year Dear was replaced by Sherine Abeyratne on vocals. From 1981 to 1982 they issued three cassette albums, ''Aggression'', ''Recession'' and ''Obsession'', on their own label, Orgasm Records. Negro left The Editions in 1983 to form punk rockers, I Spit on Your Gravy on vocals and drums. Peter Jason Matthew Helliar (born 16 June 1975) is an Australian comedian, actor, television, radio presenter, writer, producer and director. He is best known for his work on television as a former regular co-host of '' The Project'' on Network Ten from January 2014 to December 2022, replacing previous presenter Dave Hughes to host alongside Carrie Bickmore, Waleed Aly and Lisa Wilkinson.
