Who If Not Us (russian: Кто, если не мы, Kto, esli ne my) is a Russian drama film by actor and director Valeriy Priyomykhov. Filming began in 1993, but due to lack of funding the film didn't appear on the screen for 5 years. Plot Dreaming to get rich, teenagers Snakes and Tolya plunder the city's department store and as a result one find themselves in a colony, another in a lycee, which differs little from a colony. Having learned truly what solitude is, Snake accidentally gets acquainted with Gennady, an old man just like him, alone and difficult, dismissed from the police. Artek (camp)
Artek (russian: Арте́к) is an international children's center (a former Young Pioneer camp) on the Black Sea in the town of Gurzuf located on the Crimean Peninsula, near Ayu-Dag. It was established on 16 June 1925. The camp first hosted only 80 children but then grew rapidly. In 1969 it had an area of 3.2 km2 (790 acres). The camp consisted of 150 buildings, including three medical facilities, a school, the film studio Artekfilm, three swimming pools, a stadium with a seating capacity of 7,000 and playgrounds for various other activities. Unlike most of the young pioneer camps, Artek was an all-year camp, due to the warm climate. Artek was considered to be a privilege for Soviet children during its existence, as well as for children from other communist countries. During its heyday, 27,000 children a year vacationed at Artek. The Nika Award (sometimes styled NIKA Award) is the main annual national film award in Russia, presented by the Russian Academy of Cinema Arts and Science, and seen as the national equivalent of the Oscars. History The award was established in 1987 in Moscow by Yuli Gusman, and ostensibly modelled on the Oscars. The Russian award takes its name from Nike, the goddess of victory. Oulu International Children's and Youth Film Festival ( fi, Oulun kansainvälinen lasten- ja nuortenelokuvien festivaali) is an annual children's film festival held in November in Oulu, Finland.
