Who I Am (Amy Pearson Album)
''Who I Am'' is the first album by singer Amy Pearson released by Sony BMG in Australia on 19 April 2008 (see 2008 in music). Although the album was planned for release in November 2007, it had been pushed back due to the releases of Delta Goodrem's and Kylie Minogue's albums during the same time. However the album was released in China around the original release date. It has so far released 3 singles in Australia without the help of the album release, "Don't Miss You", "Not Me" and "Ready to Fly". All three have received moderate airtime on Australian mainstream radio stations. Promotion In 2007 to promote ''Don't Miss You'', Pearson performed on Channel 7's hit breakfast show Sunrise. She also performed Ready To Fly at It Takes Two finale earlier this year. She has also attended interviews in children shows such as channel 10's Toasted TV, later performing a shortened acoustic version of Ready To Fly with host Dan Sweetman, and channel 7's Saturday Disney. Amy Elizabeth Pearson (born 19 July 1985) is an English singer-songwriter. Her debut album, " Who I Am", was released April 2008. Early life Pearson was born on 19 July 1985 in Birmingham, England. Whilst signed to a production company called P.O.E.T Productions run by ex-Take That session musician and songwriters Neil Oldfield and Neil Evington, Pearson was introduced to and began working closely with SonyBMG Australia's future A&R director, former '' Australian Idol'' judge Jay Dee Springbett. As a result, Pearson moved to Australia and signed to SonyBMG in 2004 at 18 years of age. Pearson commenced work on her debut album, which was recorded across 2006 and 2007. Toasted TV
''Toasted TV'' is an Australian children's television program which aired on Network 10 and later 10 Peach from 22 August 2005 to 18 September 2020. ''Toasted TV'' replaced similar children's program ''Cheez TV'' in the same timeslot. The series originally aired on Network 10 until 25 February 2012, when it moved to 10 Peach (then known as Eleven). It was originally presented by Pip Russell and Dan Sweetman, with the final hosts Ollie McCormack and Lia Walsh. Francis Anthony "Eg" White (born 22 November 1966) is a British musician, songwriter and producer. He started his career in the cowpunk band Yip Yip Coyote in the 1980s and then formed Brother Beyond with his brother, David White, in the late 1980s. Dan Sweetman
Daniel Albus Sweetman is the former co-host for Network Ten's national cartoon show ''Toasted TV''. His father, John, works as a principal pastor while his mother, Debbie, is a piano teacher. He also has two younger siblings, Alex and Zac. Sweetman has been playing instruments since the 3rd grade specializing in Guitar, Piano, Saxophone, Jazz Flute, Sitar and G chromatic kazoo. He has performed at the 2007 Australian Gospel Music Festival in Toowoomba, Queensland.
