Hilton White Line
The anocutaneous line, also called the Hilton white line or intersphincteric groove, is a boundary in the anal canal. Below the anocutaneous line, lymphatic drainage is to the superficial inguinal nodes. The anocutaneous line is slightly below the pectinate line and a landmark for the intermuscular border between internal and external anal sphincter muscles. The anocutaneous line represents the transition point from non-keratinized stratified squamous epithelium of the anal canal to keratinized stratified squamous epithelium of the anus and perianal skin. White Line Disease
White line disease (also known as seedy toe) is a fungal infection of the horse's hoof. As the name suggests, it attacks the white line, which connects the sole to the hoof wall. It is sometimes mistaken for hoof wall separation disease, but is not to be confused because it is not genetic nor as severe. Clinical signs White line disease changes the typical light color of the white line to a black or dark gray color. It may also give off a foul odor. Lameness is often not present unless the disease is advanced. The disease may locate in the toe area of the hoof, giving rise to the name seedy toe. White line disease may not be noticed by the horse owner and is most often diagnosed by a farrier during routine hoof trims or shoeing. Hugh O'Flaherty
Hugh O'Flaherty (28 February 1898 – 30 October 1963), was an Irish Catholic priest and senior official of the Roman Curia, and a significant figure in Catholic resistance to Nazism. During World War II, O'Flaherty was responsible for saving 6,500 Allied soldiers and Jews. His ability to evade the traps set by the German ''Gestapo'' and ''Sicherheitsdienst'' (SD), earned O'Flaherty the nickname " The Scarlet Pimpernel of the Vatican". The Meadowlands Rail Line, branded as the BetMGM Meadowlands Rail Line as part of a naming rights agreement, is a rail line in New Jersey, United States, operated by NJ Transit Rail Operations (NJT). Trains run between the Meadowlands Sports Complex and Secaucus Junction, some with continuing service to Hoboken Terminal. The White Line (french: Ligne blanche), also known as Line 7 (french: Ligne 7), was a proposed line of the Montreal Metro that never made it past its planning stage. The White Line was first proposed by the Commission de transport de Montréal (CTM) during the initial planning for the Montreal Metro in 1953, and in 1970 the Communauté urbaine de Montréal (CUM) proposed an extension of the Green Line to Montréal-Nord. In September 1983, the Bureau des Transports de Montréal (BTM) proposed a new north-south Line 7 consisting of ten stations, from Pie-IX to Léger, under Boulevard Pie-IX, through Saint-Léonard and north-east towards Rivière-des-Prairies.
