Deep Forest
Deep Forest is a French musical group originally consisting of two French musicians, Michel Sanchez and Éric Mouquet. They compose a style of world music, sometimes called ethnic electronica, mixing ethnic with electronic sounds and dance beats or chillout beats. Their sound has been described as an "ethno-introspective ambient world music". They were nominated for a Grammy Award in 1994 for Best World Music Album, and in 1995 they won the Award for the album '' Boheme''. The group also became World Music Awards Winner – French group with the highest 1995 world sales. Their albums have sold over 10 million copies. Nižepole
Nižepole ( mk, Нижеполе, rup, Nijopolea, ) is a village in the municipality of Bitola, North Macedonia and is an alpine settlement 7.85 kilometers from Bitola. History The population of Nižepole was made up of older inhabitants of Aromanians (Vlachs) and later Arvanito-Vlachs who formed a large part of the village population. A small number of Muslim Albanians over time settled in Nižepole originating from the Korçë region. During the first World War, Nižepole fell on the Allied side of the Macedonian front and its Aromanian villagers first fled to Florina and then most went to Katerini, Greece. After the war, most Nižepole Aromanians preferred to remain in Katerini after a few returnees came back telling of the destruction of the village. Daniel Rey
Daniel Rey (born Daniel Rabinowitz) is an American musician, record producer and songwriter from New York City, best known for his work with the punk rock band Ramones. As a teenager Rey played in punk band Shrapnel, which also featured Dave Wyndorf, later of Monster Magnet. Shrapnel put out two 45 singles (Combat Love and Go Cruisin') and a five-song self-titled e.p., and played CBGB regularly in their brief career. He first collaborated with the Ramones on their 1984 album ''Too Tough to Die'', where he co-wrote the song "Daytime Dilemma (Dangers of Love)" with Joey Ramone, and from there produced three of the band's albums, '' Halfway to Sanity'', '' Brain Drain'' and ''¡Adios Amigos!''. He co-wrote the popular Ramones single Pet Sematary with Dee Dee Ramone. Rey did all of the guitar work for 9 of the 11 songs on Joey Ramone's 2002 solo album ''Don't Worry About Me''. PJ Harvey
Polly Jean Harvey (born 9 October 1969) is an English singer, songwriter, and musician. Primarily known as a vocalist and guitarist, she is also proficient with a wide range of instruments. Harvey began her career in 1988 when she joined local band Automatic Dlamini as a vocalist, guitarist and saxophonist. The band's frontman, John Parish, became her long-term collaborator. In 1991, she formed an eponymous trio called PJ Harvey and subsequently began her career as PJ Harvey.
