''When the Morning Comes'' is the second studio album by A Great Big World and follows their debut album '' Is There Anybody Out There?'' and was released on Epic Records a division of Sony Music Entertainment on 13 November 2015. Several musicians and producers collaborated on the album including Dave Eggar, Derek Fuhrmann, Gregg Wattenberg, Greg Holden, Kevin Kadish, Josh Kear, Dan Romer and Mozella. A Great Big World
A Great Big World is an American musical duo from New York made up of singer/songwriters Ian Axel and Chad King and signed to Epic Records. The group is best known for their single "This Is the New Year", which was performed by the cast in an episode of ''Glee'' and reached the ''Billboard'' Mainstream Top 40 chart in May 2013, and their worldwide hit " Say Something", particularly after recording it as a duet collaboration with Christina Aguilera. Sarm Studios is an independent recording studio in London. Its single " Say Something" achieved considerable success after Christina Aguilera heard the song, decided to collaborate and a re-recorded version was released. Critical reception The reception to the album has been mixed. Timothy Monger of AllMusic thought that the duo Ian Axel and Chad King tackled "some classic pop territory with a wide-eyed sincerity that is ultimately appealing if occasionally trite," that the production is "concise and full of punch," but there are moments that could "benefit from some subtlety." Dave Eggar is an American cellist, pianist and composer. Early life Eggar was a musical prodigy as a child, beginning to play the cello and piano at age three and performing as a singer and actor on Broadway and at the Metropolitan Opera at age seven. Greg Holden (born 28 February 1983) is a Scottish singer-songwriter based in the United States. He is best known for his hit charity single "The Lost Boy" and for co-writing "Home", the 2012 debut single for ''American Idol''-winner Phillip Phillips.
