What I Like About You (TV Series)
''What I Like About You'' is an American television sitcom co-created by Wil Calhoun and Dan Schneider. It is set mainly in New York City, following the lives of two sisters: vivacious teenaged sister Holly (Amanda Bynes) and her responsible older sister Val (Jennie Garth). The series ran on The WB from September 20, 2002, to March 24, 2006, with a total of 86 episodes produced. With the exception of a brief period early in the second season, ''What I Like About You'' was a headline on The WB's Friday night comedy block. "What I Like About You" is a song by American rock band the Romantics. Written by band members Wally Palmar, Mike Skill and Jimmy Marinos in 1979, the song is included on the band's self-titled debut album (1980), and was also released as a single in late 1979. Marinos, the band's drummer, is the lead vocalist on the song. The band filmed a music video for the song that appeared frequently on MTV during the early 1980s. Michael Morales took the song even higher in 1989, Lillix also sang this song in 2003 and 5 Seconds of Summer covered the song in their 2014 self-titled debut album. Writing and original version "What I Like About You" was written by Palmar, Marinos and Skill around a guitar part by Skill. The song's "Hey, uh-huh-huh" refrain was influenced by the Yardbirds' "Over Under Sideways Down" and Chuck Berry's " Back in the U.S.A." ''Stronger Everyday'' is the fourth studio album by Jon B. It was released October 5, 2004 on Sanctuary Records. After recording three albums for Epic Records, Jon felt he was being underpromoted. He was signed to Sanctuary by Destiny's Child manager Mathew Knowles who was just hired as the president of urban music at the primarily rock oriented label.
