What'cha Wanna Do
"What'cha Wanna Do" is a hip hop song by Pras Michel, released as the fourth single from his debut solo studio album, ''Ghetto Supastar''. The track features vocals from American group The Product G&B and rapper Free. The single was due to be released on September 28, 1998, but was pulled, and a last minute replacement, '' Blue Angels'', was released instead. The single was later released in the United States in January 1999, and a music video was filmed. The single was scheduled for release in the United Kingdom in February 1999, but was once again pulled. Some copies of the single found their way onto the shelves. The music video (directed by William Heins) features Michel performing the song in a club, surrounded by people. It also shows him visiting a camp on Hawaii beach, and performing in between a group of girls, surrounded by palm trees. The Product G&B make an appearance in the video. He is best known as a member of the hip hop group Fugees, alongside Wyclef Jean and Lauryn Hill. Clipse
Clipse, also known as The Clipse, is an American hip hop duo, chiefly active from 1994 to 2010. It consists of brothers Gene "No Malice" and Terrence "Pusha T" Thornton. Pusha T was known as Terrar during the group's early years, while No Malice was originally known as Malicious, then changed his stage name to Malice soon after the group's formation, before changing it again to No Malice in 2012 following a conversion to Christianity. The duo were based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and were heavily affiliated with producer and fellow Virginia Beach native, Pharrell Williams, who convinced the two in 1992 to be a rap duo instead of solo artists. Williams would go on to serve as their label head, main producer (via the production duo The Neptunes) and frequent guest artist through most of their career. Kelis Rogers-Mora (; born August 21, 1979), known mononymously as Kelis, is an American singer, songwriter and a professionally trained chef. At age 14, she was admitted to New York's Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, where she learned to play the saxophone and won a spot in the Girls Choir of Harlem. The Product G&B is an American R&B duo made up of David McRae (also known as Sincere Gubano) and Marvin Moore-Hough (also known as Money Harm). They were associated with Wyclef Jean's The Refugee Camp. Since their debut in 1998, the duo lent their vocals to several tracks on Pras' ''Ghetto Supastar'' album, including the single "Blue Angels". Wyclef Jean convinced Arista Records chief Clive Davis to release "Maria Maria", the duo's collaboration with Carlos Santana, as a single, which contributed to Santana's ''Supernatural'' album eventually selling over 30 million copies worldwide.
