Higden is a town in Cleburne County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 120 at the 2010 census. Scott Barker is the current Mayor of Higden Geography Higden is located in western Cleburne County at (35.570949, -92.203544), on the south and west shores of Greers Ferry Lake, a reservoir on the Little Red River.
