The 2007 West Asian Football Federation Championship was held in Jordan's capital Amman. Iran national football team, Iran won the final against Iraq national football team, Iraq 2–1. The 6 entrants were Iraq, Iran, Syria, Palestine, Lebanon and host nation Jordan. The finals took place between 16 and 24 June 2007. Mehdi Rajabzadeh ( fa, مهدی رجب‌زاده; born June 21, 1978) is a retired Iran, Iranian footballer who last played for Zob Ahan Esfahan F.C., Zob Ahan and Sanat Mes Kerman F.C., Mes kerman Rajabzadeh played as a Forward (association football)#midfielder, midfielder and is the second-List of Iran Pro League all-time top goal scorers, top scorer in the history of the Persian Gulf Pro League. Hawar Mulla Mohammed Taher Zebari ( ku, هەوار مەلا محەمەد تاهر زێبارى; ar, هوار ملا محمد طاهر زيباري; born 1 June 1981) is an Iraqi former professional footballer. He played as a winger or wingback for Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya, Al-Ansar, Apollon Limassol, Al Khor, Anorthosis, Persepolis, Esteghlal, Zob Ahan, and Erbil before retiring on 11 June 2015. Hawar was known to be one of the best players in the Iraqi national team, and was a key figure in their 2007 Asian Cup victory. His younger brother, Halgurd Mulla Mohammed, is also a national team player. Hashem Beikzadeh ( fa, هاشم بیک زاده, born January 22, 1984, in Tehran) is a former Iranian football defender and assistant coach of Baadraan Tehran F.C. Hossein Badamaki ( fa, حسین بادامكی, born 13 September 1981) is a retired Iranian Footballer who plays for Aboumoslem and Persepolis among other clubs in Persian Gulf Pro League. Club career He was influential in the IPL 2005/06 season, scoring 10 goals for Aboomoslem. After playing for Aboomoslem for six years, in August 2006 he joined Iranian giants Persepolis. The 2006/07 was his first season at Persepolis and despite the team not winning any trophies, Badamaki was one of the top players and every time Persepolis' triangle formed by him and teammates Mehrzad Madanchi and Alireza Vahedi Nikbakht played together Persepolis played really well and created a lot of chances. Ahmed Mnajed Abbas ( ar, أحمد مناجد) (born 13 December 1981) is a former Iraqi footballer. He last played for Sulaymaniya FC in Iraq and the Iraq national football team. He usually played the second striker position. Biography Ahmed Menajed was in the Iraq squad in the 2004 AFC Asian Cup, but he featured in only one game, coming on as a substitute against Turkmenistan.
