Wes Ours
John Wesley Ours (born December 30, 1977) is a former Arena football Running back / Linebacker. He played collegiately at West Virginia University. He was nicknamed "Wes Express" in college because of his ability to run over other players. He also was the biggest fullback in the country during his senior season. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League. He ended his professional football career by winning ArenaBowl XXII with the Philadelphia Soul in 2008. In his career, Ours also played for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Los Angeles Avengers, and Indianapolis Colts. Fullback (American Football)
A fullback (FB) is a position in the offensive backfield in gridiron football, and is one of the two running back positions along with the halfback. Fullbacks are typically larger than halfbacks and in most offensive schemes the fullback's duties are split among power running, pass catching, and blocking for both the quarterback and the other running back. Many great runners in the history of American football have been fullbacks, including Jim Brown, Marion Motley, Bronko Nagurski, Jim Taylor, Franco Harris, Larry Csonka, John Riggins, Christian Okoye, and Levi Jackson. The 2001 NFL Draft was the 66th annual meeting of National Football League (NFL) franchises to select newly eligible professional football players. The draft, which is officially referred to as the "NFL Player Selection Meeting," was held at the Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York on April 21–22, 2001. Each team is assigned one pick per round with the order based generally on the reverse order of finish in the previous season with the team with the worst record receiving the first draft slot. Avon Cobourne
Avon Cobourne (born March 6, 1979) is an American former professional gridiron football running back who was most recently a running back coach for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was a running back for the West Virginia Mountaineers football team from 1999 to 2002 before entering the National Football League (NFL). Cobourne became the Montreal Alouettes's starting running back in 2008 Montreal Alouettes season, 2008, in which he finished the season with 1,557 all-purpose yards and was named a CFL East Division All-Star. Amos Zereoué
Amos L. Zereoué (born October 8, 1976) is a former American football player in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for West Virginia. He was selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the third round (95th overall) of the 1999 NFL Draft. He also played for the Oakland Raiders and New England Patriots. He owned and operated a restaurant in Manhattan, New York, called Zereoué. It has since closed. In sports, a starting lineup is an official list of the set of players who will participate in the event when the game begins. Defensive Line
In gridiron football, a lineman is a player who specializes in play at the line of scrimmage. The linemen of the team currently in possession of the ball are the offensive line, while linemen on the opposing team are the defensive line. Westmar High School
Mountain Ridge High School is a high school in Frostburg, Maryland, United States, that houses over 1000 students from the Georges Creek Valley, the Greater Frostburg vicinity, and the Westernport region.
