Wes Burton
Wesley Burton (born November 4, 1980) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He has competed part-time in the NASCAR Truck Series, making twelve starts between 2009 and 2012. In his years without a ride in that series, he has occasionally competed in late model racing events, particularly in the PASS Series. Racing career NASCAR Late model racing Prior to reaching NASCAR, Burton raced late models, which included when he raced in the ASALMS Southern Division in 2007 for Riddler Racing in the team's No. 5 and No. 57 entries. Since his last start in NASCAR in 2012, Burton has competed in various late model events, including in the PASS Series in his No. 13 car. In 2016, he competed in the series' race at Anderson Motor Speedway in a No. 5X car and finished seventh. Chiefland is a city in Levy County, Florida, United States. The population was 2,316 at the 2020 census. Chiefland calls itself the "Gem of the Suwannee Valley" and was incorporated in 1929. The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series is a pickup truck racing series owned and operated by the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, and is the only series in NASCAR to race production pickup truck based stock cars. The Kentucky 201 was a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race held at Kentucky Speedway in Sparta, Kentucky. The race, originally held in June or July, was moved to September in 2010. One year later, the race was moved to October. The race, beginning in 2000, was the only Truck Series event at the track until 2010, when they added another event, the UNOH 225. The Henry Ford Health System 200 was a NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series race that took place at Michigan International Speedway. The event was started in 1999 and was won by Greg Biffle. The SpeedyCash.com 220 is an annual NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race held at the Texas Motor Speedway near Fort Worth, Texas. The race was previously a standalone race in the month of June for the Truck Series at the track, but it shared a weekend with the track's IndyCar Series race, the Genesys 600. However, in 2021, the Cup and Xfinity Series' spring race weekend at Texas, usually in late March or early-to-mid-April, was removed from the schedule and both series joined the Truck Series on the June weekend. The Cup Series race would now be their All-Star Race, which was previously held at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The Heart of America 200 is a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race held at the Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas. Since 2020, the race has been 134 laps and long. The San Bernardino County 200 is a discontinued NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race held at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California. It was first held in 1997, the year Auto Club Speedway opened, and last held in 2009.
