History ''Die Welt'' was published weekly in Herzl's own publishing house. He developed the idea in May 1897, noting in his journal that ''Die Welt'' would be the definitive mass-circulation outlet for the Zionist Organization, and that such a journal was "a necessity that can no longer be ignored."Jess Olsen, "The Dreyfus Affair in Early Zionist Culture", in Maya Balakirsky (ed), ''Revising Dreyfus'', p.319ff. The first issue appeared on 4 June 1897.John D. H. Downing (ed), "Zionist Movement Media pre-1948", ''Encyclopedia of Social Movement'', Sage, 2011, p.568. Heideggerian Terminology
Martin Heidegger, the 20th-century German philosopher, produced a large body of work that intended a profound change of direction for philosophy. Such was the depth of change that he found it necessary to introduce many neologisms, often connected to Idiom, idiomatic words and phrases in the German language. Two of his most basic neologisms, present-at-hand and ready-to-hand, are used to describe various attitudes toward things in the world. For Heidegger, such "attitudes" are prior to, i.e. more basic than, the various sciences of the individual items in the world. Science itself is an attitude, one that attempts a kind of neutral investigation. Other related terms are also explained below. Heidegger's overall analysis is quite involved, taking in a lot of the history of philosophy. See ''Being and Time'' for a description of his overall project, and to give some context to these technical terms. Terms ( grc, ἀλήθεια) Heidegger's idea of , or disclosure (), was a ...

Welt (bruise)
A welt is a bloodshot stripe on the skin. They are haematoma, a special form of a bruise. Welts occur as a result of blunt force being applied to the body with elongated objects without sharp edges. Like other haematomas, welts change their colors as they heal, which usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. The colors include purplish black, reddish blue, brown or yellowish green. That makes it possible to determine their approximate age. A special form of welts - when the impact tool is not flat - are double welts. They occur after blows with stick-like, long objects, such as a cane for caning, a riding crop or a garden hose A garden hose, hosepipe, or simply hose is a flexible tube used to convey water.
