Ambera Wellmann
Ambera Wellmann (born 1982 in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia) is a Canadian painter who depicts human bodies in between play and violence, movement and dissolution. She has exhibited internationally at venues including Lulu in Mexico City, the 16th Istanbul Biennale in 2019, MoMA Warsaw, and others. Wellmann is based between Mexico City, Berlin, and New York. Artistic background Wellmann's earlier paintings were inspired by various personal experiences of either emotional or erotic encounters. Her figurative approach often showed the horizontal domain of the bed against amorphous bodies pushing against the boundary of social binaries. Wellmann approaches their paintings with "painterly catachresis" which she describes as a process to deliberately use a word, image, or pictorial representation in a way that is not correct. Allan Wellmann
Allan Kenny Wellman (born 26 May 1954) is a former Guatemalan football player. Club career Wellmann played thirteen seasons for C.S.D. Comunicaciones, making his debut in 1973 at age 19, and five seasons with Aurora F.C. He became a club director of the ''Cremas'' after retiring from the game. International career Wellmann made several appearances for the senior Guatemala national football team, including qualifying matches for the 1978, 1982 and 1990 FIFA World Cup. Paul-Heinz Wellmann (born 31 March 1952, in Haiger) is a former West German middle-distance runner who specialized in the 1500 metres. As a teenager he won the silver medal at the 1970 European Junior Championships. He then finished seventh at the 1971 European Championships, the 1972 Summer Olympics and the 1974 European Championships. He then won the gold medal at the 1976 European Indoor Championships, the bronze medal at the 1976 Summer Olympics and the silver medal at the 1977 European Indoor Championships At the European Indoor Championships he had previously won three medals in relay races: a bronze medal in 4 × 800 m in 1971, and gold medals in 4 x 720 m in 1972 and 1973. In domestic competitions, Wellmann represented the sports clubs TV 1885 Haiger and later TuS 04 Leverkusen. He became West German 800 metres champion in 1973 and 1500 metres champion in 1973, 1974 and 1976.

Ellen Wellmann
Ellen Tittel (later Wellmann, later Wessinghage, born 28 June 1948) is a retired West German middle-distance runner who specialized in the 1500 m event. She won the European indoor title in 1973, placing third in 1975, and had another third-place finish at the 1971 European Outdoor Championships. She reached the 1500 m finals at the 1972 and 1976 Summer Olympics, but abandoned the 1972 race due to stomach cramps. In 1971 she helped to set a new world record in the 4 × 800 m relay. Domestically Tittel set a national record in 1969 and won the national title in 1970-76. In 1975 she was chosen the German Sportspersonality of the Year. Tittel is a lawyer by profession. Before turning to athletics she tried gymnastics, but found it too boring.
