Phil Thornalley
Philip Thornalley (born 5 January 1960) is an English songwriter-producer who has worked in the music industry since 1978. He is perhaps best known for co-writing (with Scott Cutler and Anne Preven) the song " Torn" (made famous by Natalie Imbruglia's cover version, which he also produced) and the UK number one hits " Mama Do" and " Boys and Girls" for Pixie Lott. He also produced The Cure's 1982 album ''Pornography'' and was later their bass player for eighteen months, producing and performing the distinctive double bass line on their 1983 single " The Love Cats". Pete Wingfield
William Peter Wingfield (born 7 May 1948) is an English record producer, keyboard player, songwriter, singer and music journalist. Career Whilst at Sussex University Wingfield and three other students formed the group Jellybread. In 1969, he played keyboards and sang on their ''First Slice'' album, which was produced by Mike Vernon for the Blue Horizon label. In the 1970s, Wingfield was a specialist in soul music and regularly contributed articles and reviews to the monthly journal, " Let It Rock" and "Melody Maker". Melvyn Desmond Collins (born 5 September 1947, Isle of Man) is a British saxophonist, flautist and session musician. Alan Thomson (musician)
Alan Thomson (born 3 May 1960) is a Scottish bassist and vocalist with many acts, including the late John Martyn. Biography Starting out playing guitar for the Arthur Trout Band (1976–1980), he then switched to fretless bass guitar and was invited to work with John Martyn, Alan toured and recorded with John until Martyn's death in 2009. Thomson played keyboards with the Scottish band Strangeways (1984–1986). Other collaborations in the 1980s included touring with Black Sabbath's Geezer Butler and recording with The Mighty Wah. While working with Yahama, a meeting with Jerry Donahue led to Thomson joining the Backroom Boys along with Doug Morter and a subsequent invite to join the Hellecasters in 1987, and then to touring with John Jorgenson's Electric Band (1997 – present). Jeffrey Allen (born 23 April 1946, Matlock, Derbyshire) is an English rock and blues session drummer. Allen is best known for his work with East of Eden, Snowy White, Bonnie Tyler, Mick Taylor and Van Morrison. He is not to be confused, although in many listings often is, with the similarly named former drummer with the British glam rock outfit, Hello, whose brother is Ultravox's Chris Cross.
