Andreas Georg Fredrik Weise (born 18 August 1986) is a Swedish singer, songwriter, TV host and entertainer. He finished in fifth place on the Swedish '' Idol 2010''. Genres and musical expression Weise's music has influences from genres such as soul, jazz and swing, he has on several occasions been described as a "crooner". Julia Vargas-Weise (1942 – 1 April 2018) was a Bolivian photographer, screenwriter, educator, and film director. Biography Julia Vargas-Weise was born in Cochabamba in 1942. She trained professionally at the Ecole des Arts et Métiers in Vevey, Switzerland. She became known as the first female professional photographer in Bolivia. She overcame discrimination to obtain fair recognition and valuation of her work, and from 1963 to the end of her life, she participated in 30 international photo exhibitions, including 17 solo exhibitions. In 1980, she founded and directed a non-governmental organization which held audiovisual workshops for children and adolescents. In 1984, she worked in the film industry for the first time, as a still photographer for the feature '' Los Hermanos Cartagena''. Tsering Woeser (also written Öser; ; , Han name Chéng Wénsà 程文萨; born 1966) is a Tibetan writer, activist, blogger, poet and essayist. Biography Woeser, a quarter Han Chinese and three quarters Tibetan, was born in Lhasa. Her grandfather, Chinese, was an officer in the Nationalist Army of the Kuomintang and her father was a high rank Army officer in the People's Liberation Army. When she was very young, her family relocated to the Kham area of western Sichuan province. In 1988, she graduated from Southwest University for Nationalities in Chengdu with a degree in Chinese literature. She worked as a reporter in Kardzé and later in Lhasa and has lived in Beijing since 2003 as a result of political problems. Martin Weise (12 May 1903 in Torgau; 15 November 1943 in Brandenburg-Görden Prison) was a German journalist, member of the Communist Party of Germany (KPD) and a resistance fighter against the Nazis during World War II. From 1929 to 1934, Weiss published the socialist Die Rote Fahne newspaper. He was arrested and sent to a concentration camp until 1939. When he was released, he decided to resist and made contact with Wilhelm Guddorf and the Hamburg based group around Bernhard Bästlein and Robert Abshagen He became associated with an anti-fascist resistance group that was run by Harro Schulze-Boysen and Arvid Harnack, that was later called the Red Orchestra by the Abwehr. Markus Weise (born 19 December 1962 in Mannheim) is a German field hockey coach. Since 6 November 2006, he has been Head Coach of the Germany national field hockey team. Previous to this role, he was the coach of the Germany women's national field hockey team and with a variety of (national) teams of the German National Hockey Federation, including being assistant coach to Bernhard Peters in the Gold medal success of the 2002 Men's Hockey World Cup in Malaysia. As a club coach in the German Bundesliga (1st Division), he was the head coach for many years with TSV Mannheim. Biography Karl-Heinrich Weise, the son of a middle school teacher, studied mathematics, astronomy, and physics from 1928 to 1930 at Leipzig University.
