Wei Rui (Liang Dynasty)
Wei Rui () is a Chinese Sanda kickboxer who currently fights out of Da Dong Xiang fight club. On February 25, 2017, he won the K-1 World GP Lightweight Champions belt making him China's first K-1 World Champion. As of September 2022, he is ranked the #3 featherweight and #7 pound-for-pound fighter in the world by Combat Press. He was the 2020 Combat Press "Male Fighter of the Year". Background Wei Rui was born on May 25, 1989, into a poor rural family as the youngest of eight siblings, with five sisters and two brothers in Luyi, Henan. The financial struggles of his family along with his disinterest in attending school led to him to pursue martial arts at the Luyi Shaolin Wenwu School. Here he trained and competed in Sanda for two years until he left the school to seek employment in order to support his family. Jin Ying () is a Chinese Sanda kickboxer, who has throughout his career fought almost exclusively with Wu Lin Feng. He was the 2020 WLF King's Cup Runner-up. As of 1 August 2020, he is ranked the #7 bantamweight in the world by Combat Press. As of January 2022, Beyond Kick has him ranked as the fifth best kickboxer in the world in the 64kg division. Koya Urabe
is a Japanese kickboxer, fighting out of Tokyo, Japan. He is the inaugural and former two time K-1 World GP 2016 -60kg World Tournament Champion. As of December 2020, he is the #10 ranked Super Bantamweight according to Combat Press, first entering the rankings in September 2020. Thanonchai Thanakorngym (ธนญชัย ธนกรยิมส์) is a retired Thai Muay Thai fighter. Biography Thanonchai started training in Muay Thai with his father at 12 years old. Kongnapa (or Gonnapar) Weerasakreck is a Thai Muay Thai fighter and kickboxer. He is the former K-1 Lightweight champion and former Krush Lightweight champion.
