Webster, San Diego
Webster is a neighborhood of the Mid-City region of San Diego, California. Geography Webster is located just east of Golden Hill, west of the city of Lemon Grove, north of National City, and south of the City Heights neighborhood. Its borders are defined by Home Avenue to the Northwest, Euclid Avenue to the East, and State Route 94 to the South. The community also houses several family owned Mexican restaurants, a McDonald's, Popeye's Chicken, Pizza Hut, Subway and one of the oldest Jack in the Box outlets in San Diego. Other major businesses include Cox Cable San Diego, Coca-Cola Bottling, and KGTV 10 News (the local ABC affiliate). The unofficial nickname for the community is "The Web". Midcity
MidCity is a shopping centre in the Sydney central business district. It is located on Pitt Street Mall, adjacent to Westfield Sydney, The Strand Arcade and is diagonally opposite Glasshouse. MidCity has over 24 stores across Fashion, Beauty, Fitness and Lifestyle. Transport MidCity is just a short walk from Town Hall and St James railway stations. The CBD and South East Light Rail at QVB offer frequent services to MidCity. MidCity has bus connections to Eastern Suburbs and Inner West, as well as local surrounding suburbs operated by Transit Systems and Transdev John Holland. The majority of its bus services are located Pitt and Elizabeth Streets. MidCity does not offer parking for customers. However the Glasshouse and Westfield Sydney car park offer valet parking with 172 spaces. California State Route 94
State Route 94 (SR 94) is a state highway in the U.S. state of California that is long. The western portion, known as the Martin Luther King Jr. Freeway, begins at Interstate 5 (I-5) in Downtown San Diego and continues to the end of the freeway portion past SR 125 in Spring Valley. The non-freeway segment of SR 94 that continues east through the mountains to I-8 near Boulevard is known as Campo Road. The Campo road served as a wagon road providing access to eastern San Diego County as well as Imperial County. The road was added to the state highway system in 1933, and signs for Route 94 were posted along local roads later that decade. Efforts to convert the western half of the route to a freeway got underway in the 1950s, and the freeway was complete by 1962 west of the road that became SR 125.
