Wealdstone F.C.
Wealdstone Football Club ( ) is an English semi-professional football club based in Ruislip, London Borough of Hillingdon, and affiliated to the Middlesex County Football Association. They currently play in the National League, the fifth tier of English football, having been promoted as champions of the National League South for the 2019-20 season. While established in 1899, it has roots dating to 1887 and was created through a series of local mergers in Wealdstone, then in Middlesex. For most of its existence the club was based at Lower Mead stadium in Harrow, until 1991. After a long period of homelessness and ground sharing with various local clubs, since 2008 they have been based at Grosvenor Vale. Their traditional colours are royal blue and white, and they are nicknamed "The Stones" or "The Royals". Stuart Maynard
Stuart Maynard (born 18 October 1980) is an English association football, football manager and former player who is the manager of National League (division), National League club Wealdstone F.C., Wealdstone. Playing career Maynard started off his career as an apprentice at Watford F.C., Watford, before being released in 1999 after the Hertfordshire based side reached the Premier League. He then went on to have brief spells with FC Groningen and St Albans City F.C., St Albans City, before joining Wealdstone F.C., Wealdstone. Maynard made 11 appearances for the Stones, scoring once away to Worthing F.C., Worthing in December 1999, before returning to St Albans in 2000. Maynard would then go on to spend two years at Aylesbury United F.C., Aylesbury United, before spending another 9 years in non league football.
