Joseph Guillermo Jones II (born July 15, 1976), better known by his stage name Jim Jones (formerly Jimmy Jones), is an American rapper, music video director, and record executive. He is an original member of the hip hop collective the Diplomats (also known as Dipset), alongside longtime friend and fellow Harlem native, Cam'ron. In 2004, he released his debut solo album ''On My Way to Church''. The release of his second album, '' Harlem: Diary of a Summer'' in 2005, coincided with Jones landing an executive position in A&R at Entertainment One Music. A year later he was on his third album ''Hustler's P.O.M.E. (Product of My Environment)'' (2006), which spawned his biggest single to date, "We Fly High". ''Capo'' is the fifth studio album by American hip hop recording artist Jim Jones. It was released April 5, 2011, by E1 Music. Critical reception ''The New York Times'' called the album chaotic, but often successful in spite of itself. They called his rhymes nimble but cluttered and said he is out-rapped by almost all of his guests here, including Game on "Carton of Milk" and Lloyd Banks on "Take a Bow". They also stated his standout tracks are the lead single, " Perfect Day" and the Wiz Khalifa-esque "Heart Attack" stating that he is so at ease, so comfortable on those tracks, that he begins to sound skillful. John Kennedy of ''Vibe'' gave a fairly positive review calling the utopian "Perfect Day" catchy and saying vulnerable moments ("Changing the Locks" and "Heart Attack") round the album out, while hometown collabos ("Take A Bow" with Prodigy, Lloyd Banks, Sen City and "Drops Is Out" with Raekwon, Mel Matrix, Sen City) fly highest. Ricardo Lloyd Johnson Jr. (born August 3, 1988), also known as Ricky Blaze, is an American DJ, producer, singer, and songwriter. He has done production work in the dancehall music space and the trancehall subgenre. He has produced and collaborated with Shaggy and Sean Paul, and has also worked with Vybz Kartel, Jim Jones, Maino, Kardinal Offishall, Jasmine Sullivan, Nicki Minaj, and Santigold. Early life Johnson was born in the East Flatbush section of New York City's, Borough of Brooklyn to Jamaican parents. He attended Humanities Preparatory Academy in New York City. Jeremy Phillip Felton (born July 17, 1987), known professionally as Jeremih ( ), is an American singer, songwriter and record producer. In 2009, he signed a record deal with Def Jam Recordings. Jeremih's commercial debut single, "Birthday Sex", peaked at number four on the US ''Billboard'' Hot 100 chart—leading his self-titled debut album released in June that year, reaching number six on the US ''Billboard'' 200 chart.
