Wayne Tuck Jr.
Wayne Tuck Jr. (born May 12, 1976) is a Canadian curler from Strathroy, Ontario. Tuck is a three time provincial mixed champion, having won the Ontario provincial mixed championship at the 2002, 2009 and 2017 events. At the 2002 Canadian Mixed Curling Championship, he skipped the Ontario team to a 10-1 round robin record, but they lost both their playoff matches, including the final to Nova Scotia, skipped by Mark Dacey. The 2009 Canadian Mixed Curling Championship was another successful event for Tuck, who finished the round robin with an 8-3 record. They lost again in the final, this time to Manitoba, skipped by Sean Grassie. At the 2017 Canadian Mixed Curling Championship, Tuck led his team to an undefeated record in the preliminary rounds (10-0), but lost in the semi-final to Manitoba. Jake Higgs (born December 20, 1975 in Regina, Saskatchewan, Regina, Saskatchewan) is a Canadians, Canadian curling, curler from Strathroy-Caradoc, Strathroy, Ontario. He coached the mixed doubles rink of Matt Hamilton (curler), Matt Hamilton and Becca Hamilton at the 2018 Winter Olympics. Dean William Palmer (born December 27, 1968) is an American former third baseman in Major League Baseball who had a 14-year career from 1989 to 2003. He played for the Texas Rangers, Kansas City Royals and Detroit Tigers, all of the American League. In 1991, Palmer won the American Association home run title with 22 HRs despite only playing in 60 games. In 1992, Palmer became the first Texas ballplayer to homer in the first three games of a season, a feat that was matched in 2011 by Ian Kinsler and Nelson Cruz.
